2. General description of furnace

The equipment is composed of two furnace bodies and a rotating plate.

The technical parameters of the left and right furnace bodies are the same,

and the melting and holding function is performed alternately by rotation.

2.1 Steel structure

The furnace shell is made of steel plate and section steel, and the thickness

of steel plate is 6mm. The furnace cover plate is made of cast iron.

2.2 Lining composition

The melting pool part is integrally cast at one time. This material has the

characteristics of high strength and long service life.(compressive strength:

140MPa above 110 ℃, while the linear change rate is only 0.1%). The thermal

insulation layer is built with first-class aluminum silicate fiberboard and light brick.

Add a layer of 25mm thick Unithermal refractory plate.

2.3 combustion system

Japanese brand gas burner is selected. Simple operation and maintenance,

long service life, temperature control, automatic ignition and flame monitoring.

When the set temperature is reached, the combustion machine stops combustion.

When the temperature in the furnace is lower than the lower limit of the set temperature,

the burner automatically burns.
