1. Features of Crucible Melting Furnace

1.1 The gas fired aluminum melting furnace lining is composed of the

casting material and the ceramic fiber

module material, which has the characteristics of good heat preservation effect,

small heat storage and fast

heating rate. The wall temperature rise is ≤ 40℃.

1.2The gas fired aluminum melting furnace adopts separation type burning

system with PID control, which

significantly reduces energy consumption. The temperature control accuracy

reaches ±5℃.

couple protected by the silicon

nitride outer pipe, and this thermal couple could directly measure the

aluminum liquid.
