Application of Oval Crucible Aluminum Melting Furnace

The gas crucible furnace is mainly used for aluminum melting for the pressure casting, gravity casting and the liquid die forging. The oval crucible is more convenient in ladling operation the casting process.

1. Features

The crucible melting furnace lining is of the once forming casting material, which has a good heat preservation effect and a fast temperature rising speed. The wall temperature rise is ≤ 40℃.

The furnace adopts the Taiwan brand temperature controller.

The furnace is equipped with one thermal couple protected by the silicon nitride outer pipe, and this thermal couple could directly measure the aluminum liquid.

The furnace adopts Baidun brand graphite crucible, which has a good thermal conductivity, a long life, and no iron hyperplasia.

The furnace is equipped with liquid leak alarm, over-temperature alarm and other functions to ensure the safety of equipment and operation.

The aluminum melting furnace is equipped with the separation body type burner, which has a stable performance and proportional control, and saves energy consumption.

The furnace is equipped with the recuperator which could preheat the combustion supporting air and saves the gas energy consumption.
