1.Aluminum alloy pool type gas holding furnace

 

Pool type gas holding furnace is mainly applicable to the insulation

of non-ferrous metal solution, and can be used in die casting machine,

centrifugal casting, gravity casting, precision casting and other processes.

The product consists of furnace body, combustion system and

electrical control box. The flat flame burning system is installed

on the top of the furnace, which directly radiates the aluminum

alloy liquid with a high efficiency. The furnace is easy to maintain

and move.

Gas fired pool type holding furnace is an aluminum alloy holding

furnace which can recover heat and pursue the limit of energy saving.

1.Low energy consumption burner with heat exchanger is adopted,

which can effectively use heat exhaust.

2.High quality imported flat flame burner is adopted, with large flame

radiation area and high thermal efficiency. The temperature of molten

aluminum can be controlled within ± 3 ℃, and the oxygen content in

the atmosphere in the furnace is less than 5%, which can effectively

prevent the generation of oxides in the furnace.

3.Due to its unique thermal insulation structure, it can effectively

reduce surface heat dissipation, reduce ambient temperature and

improve thermal efficiency.

4.The  gas aluminum holding furnace lining is made of combined mineral high-strength

non stick aluminum refractory, with a service life of more than 5

years (warranty of three years).

3.Furnace body structure

1. Steel structure:

The gas fired die casting holding furnace shell is formed by splicing and

welding of steel plate and section steel, and the material around the furnace door is cast

iron.The whole furnace has lifting function, which is easy to match

with the equipment.

 

2. Composition of furnace lining:

The molten pool is formed by one-time castable. This material

is a casting material, which has the characteristics of high strength,

no aluminum adhesion, long service life and so on.(compressive

strength: 140MPa above 110 ℃, while the linear change rate is only 0.1%).

The furnace top and the upper end of the furnace wall use the imported

Youre nano thermal insulation layer. The temperature rise of furnace

wall is less than 30 degrees.

 

3. Combustion system:

3.1 imported gas burner shall be selectedSimple operation and maintenance,

long service life, temperature control, automatic ignition and fire eye

monitoring. When the set temperature is reached, the burner stops

combustion. When the temperature in the furnace is lower than the lower limit

of the set temperature, the burner enters the combustion port for automatic

combustion, automatic ignition and flame rod detection. After the operation

preparation of the holding furnace is completed, the blast purging is carried

out first, and then the automatic ignition is carried out for low combustion.

After the flame is detected by the flame detection rod, the burner will

automatically and gradually enter the high combustion state. At the same

time, the flame detection rod always monitors the combustion state of the

burner.

3.2 the safety system of the holding furnace can immediately cut off the

main burner and ignition burner and interrupt the fuel supply when the

burner is not completely burned or extinguished.An interlocking device

is set between the pressure switches of fuel and combustion supporting

air pipelines, so that the shut-off valve of fuel supply can be closed

through the response of the interlocking device in case of any abnormal

combustion conditions.Melt temperature control: the temperature control

is to automatically adjust the speed of the combustion fan through the

frequency converter of the combustion fan according to the aluminum

liquid temperature of the holding furnace, so as to adjust the combustion

volume of the burner. The method is PID regulation.The upper temperature

limit is set by heating the atmosphere temperature in the cover to control

the atmosphere temperature.

3 .After the preparation of the furnace is completed, turn on the switch,

first use the blower to purge the aluminum holding furnace for die casting process,

set the control temperature, turn on the solenoid valve of the gas pipeline at the same time,

and the gas is injected into the furnace for automatic ignition and combustion.

 

5.Scope of user fortification:

1. The gas pipeline shall be connected to the furnace body as required.

2. Electrical wiring works, from control cabinet to furnace body wiring,

are provided by our company.

The wiring works of power supply and standby power supply are within

the scope of users.The power supply is 380V ± 10%, 50Hz.
