1.The zinc kettle weighs about 32 tons which can hold about

260 tons of molten zinc. Molten zinc can be heated to temperatures

ranging from 445°C to 465°C. The zinc kettle is used to dip the work

parts into molten zinc for galvanizing purpose,which can protect the

steel parts from corrosion.

2.The zinc kettle is made of XG-08 steel plate produced by An Steel

Group. It can be customized to based on the customer's requirement.

The shape of zinc kettle is round bottom and round corner. This shape

of zinc kettle is designed to extend the service life and ensure less zinc dross.
