Product Description

This automatic sleeve film stripping machine is specifically designed for removing the PE/PVC film from 18650 batteries. It utilizes a rotating hopper for automatic feeding and conveyor belt discharge. The fully automated process includes hopper unloading, cell positioning, film stripping, waste removal, and unloading, with manual placement in the box. The core of the machine utilizes a servo motor to precisely control cell rotation and positioning. Heat radiation is used to heat and peel the film. Finger cylinders collect waste at both ends for unified processing in a dedicated, environmentally friendly recycling system. Discharge is automatically completed by a conveyor belt.
